OMM INN takes dining very seriously.

OMM INN takes dining very seriously. Guided by our sense of responsibility towards the planet and free of animal products, the OMM INN Cafe menu reflects our belief in the healing power of food. Stop by for a coffee or hang around and enjoy a cocktail or three at our courtyard.

Conveniently located on a corner of our courtyard, the OMM Shop features products based on the permanent collection of the museum, as well as carefully selected design objects and items born of local artist and craftsmen’s collaboration with the museum.

OMM INN Cafe

OMM INN takes the issue of eating and drinking as seriously as Eskişehir's residents. Guided by our sense of responsibility towards the planet, the OMM INN Cafe menu reflects our belief in the healing power of food. After much brainstorming and experimenting, we came up with recipes free of animal products for our appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts.

From starters that will make you reminisce about your grandmother’s cooking, to mouthwatering pizzas and freshly-prepared salads, we offer dishes that will brighten your day and body. Our coffee beans, which come from the Eskişehir coffee shop Keçi Geçti, provide the perfect excuse for a languorous break, and our cocktails, crowned with fresh seasonal fruits and aromatic herbs, are tailor-made for sipping in the courtyard.

We are looking forward to getting together at an unforgettable table.

Our New Menu

At OMM INN, we have crafted a sustainable and healthy menu free of animal products with the guidance of nature. This is because our fight against the climate crisis, which threatens all life forms, starts on our plates.

According to studies, 70% of our global freshwater resources and 50% of all habitable land are used for animal production and feed cultivation. As deforestation of large areas ramps up for meat production, the trees that we need to capture and trap carbon dioxide disappear, causing global warming to accelerate. In addition, methane released by cattle is a potent greenhouse gas, and is 28 times more powerful than carbon dioxide when it comes to warming Earth.

By removing all animal products from OMM INN Cafe’s menu, we are taking a step with our guests toward a more sustainable world. If you are interested in learning more, you can take a look at our book selection at OMM Bakkal and check out our documentary recommendations over at @omm.inn.

To ensure a good experience, we tested available products on the market and brought together our favorites at our deli. Our goal is to make our selection of cruelty-free, animal-friendly and sustainable products accessible to all.

Alongside plant-based cheeses, milk and meat alternatives, as well as  gluten-free and organic products, OMM Bakkal is home to a book selection on sustainable eating and cruelty-free cosmetics.

Ethical and exciting opportunities for all your daily needs await you at OMM Bakkal!
